Connecting

The book I am reading, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, is a collection of letters and feelings of a boy named Charlie. In a letter that was sent from Charlie to his friend, stated that Charlie's sister's friend had made her a mix tape, the boy was always very nice to Charlie's sister and her family, but for some reason Charlie's sister is very mean to the boy. One night when he is over Charlie's sister gets into a fight with this boy and she ends up getting hit by the boy. After she is more compassionate to the boy. The boy makes Charlie's sister a mix tape, which she never listens to, Charlie finds it and listens to it. He mentions the song 'Asleep' by The Smiths.
Also the song 'Autumn Leaves' by Nat King Cole.
They have become some of my new favourite songs.
